3. What is the best time to visit an ultrasound baby scan clinic? 

Ans: It is best if you visit after 8 weeks of your pregnancy. Some mommy-to-be prefer to visit within 7-14 weeks, but before 8 weeks it is hard to feel your baby’s heartbeat. It is best to visit After 8 weeks as your baby will start to grow his/her hands, legs, ears, heartbeat and will visible in a scan. 

4. How should I prepare for a pregnancy scan?

5. Can I bring anyone into the scan room? 

Ans: In a private scan clinic you can bring anyone you like. But we will suggest bringing someone you are comfortable with. If it is your first baby scan, then it would be a very important moment for you. Choose someone close to you and provide you comfort in every way. 

6. What is the difference between 3D and 4D? 

Ans: 3D scans show still pictures of your baby in three dimensions. 4D scans show moving 3D images of your baby, with time being the fourth dimension. 3D and 4D scans are safe as 2D scan. However, 3D and 4D scans are best for those who have any abnormality on their pregnancy because the scan will provide details and images more clearly, which will help the doctors to diagnose the problem further.
